The Simpson’s tonight (old episodes channel 3 at 5.00) was talking about something we touched on at Expresso last night, Science and Religion! Anyway it was all scientists vs religious until the end where everyone (except Lisa and Marge) gave up and gave in to Consumerism. I thought that was really funny.

Hi Anne - just found your blog thanks to your comment on Paul's. Welcome to the world of blogging. My one piece of advice - don't take to heart any of the criticism you might get. I know blogging can be quite a harsh, dog-eat-dog world, a bit like the beehive. I think it's because we all get so involved with the issues we discuss and sometimes forget how we might come across on a personal level.

p.s. as to what you said about presents a few blogs ago, I still remember that cool & random kids book you gave me one time with Seaside Shantys and a little squishy shark tied to the spine. Sometimes good presents are hard to predict.

Hey Anne, I didn't know you had a blog! That's so great. Yeah some of the blogs can get a bit on the 'serious' side! Good to have variety. Look forward to reading more.
